To Curtail This, We Require A Deposit, Have Verbiage In All Our Contracts Stating “No Parties”, And, We Also Install A Noise Monitoring Device (Minut Monitoring Device) That Directly Alerts Us When The Noise Level Is Too Loud. We Are able To Speak Through The System To Notify Guests About Noise Level. This System Also Monitors Motion / Security In The Property, Temperature And Mold, And Has A Fire Alert In Conjunction With Your Alarms.
